Terms and Condtions

1. By applying to be included in KnowsleyFinder, the Client wishes the Company to link to the 'World Wide Web Site' (the Site) submitted by the Client. The Client also wishes the organisation and contact details to be displayed in KnowsleyFinder.



2. The work will be undertaken by staff of the Company.



3. The Client hereby warrants and affirms that all information on the Site linked to by the Company is owned by the Client and hereby indemnifies the Company and staff of the Company against any liability including but not limited to liability for the infringement of the copyright of a third party howsoever arising from the linking to such information.



4. The Client agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information in completing the registration details following.



5. The Company will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of any work performed by the Company but makes no warranty, express or implied, concerning the link and shall not be held responsible for any consequence arising out of any inaccuracies or omissions. The responsibility for checking the information published about the Site remains with the Client



6. The Company will link to the Site from its server cluster.



7. The Company reserves the absolute right to remove the link to the Site at any time and without notice if the Company considers that continued linking to it would be detrimental to the interest and reputation of the Company (for example, where the information contained in the Site is out of date, offensive or illegal)



8. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.



9. The Client is responsibile for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and takes full responsibilty for all activities that occur under it.



10. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice, such modifications will be published in the "Information" section of its World wide Web site at:
